Following the release of Nicki Minaj's steamy music video for "Anaconda," along with an equally provocative performance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 24, the single leaps 10-1 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, notching the hip-hop star her third No. 1.

It follows her previous No. 1s "Moment 4 Life" (featuring Drake) in 2011 and "Make Me Proud" (Drake featuring Minaj) in 2012.

"Anaconda" sold 120,000 digital downloads in the week ending Aug. 24 (a 132 percent rise, according to Nielsen SoundScan), enough to hop 4-2 on R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Songs.  The chart-topping song increased 1,296 percent on streaming services, logging a whopping 30.9 million domestic views on Vevo and YouTube (96 percent of overall streams, according to Nielsen BDS) and spurring a 15-1 surge on R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs and a striking 42-1 bound on Streaming Songs.
